How Harmony Started
Our story starts with two people from completely different worlds. Suni from Oklahoma. Darryl from Maryland. Different backgrounds. Different styles. Different everything.
What connected us was simple: we both wanted to grow, and we both loved this profession.
We met at a conference in 2021. Right after COVID, when everyone was hungry to connect again. People actually wanted to talk, to share ideas.
It took another year, another conference, another conversation before we realised how much we clicked.
Suni told Darryl about a book she wanted to write. Honestly? It sounded far-fetched at first. But that wasn’t the point. The point was her courage to say it out loud.
Something clicked right then.
“I saw someone who thinks big. Who creates without asking permission. And I thought: maybe this is someone who could push me past the walls I’d built for myself.”

We started Harmony Learning Solutions because we wanted to shake things up. To show people how much fun this industry can be.
We wanted to build something that celebrates the people who make learning happen every single day. The trainers, facilitators, coaches, instructional designers, everyone who spends their days helping people grow and rarely gets much credit for it.
Some people call it niche. We call it a celebration.
